On August 19, 2010, NSA-IL sponsored a booth at BizBash at the Merchandise Mart.Over 1200 event planners were in attendance that day. We shared our information about our members with any meeting planner or event planner who approached our booth. We spoke to people about our well-known Speaker University. We sought sponsorships for our organization from a wide variety of people in attendance that day. We found it a wonderful experience for building our own community.

 

Thanks to Holly Nagel who made our Speaker Joe Man out of balloons, a true hit of the day with people taking pictures of him and with him. He attended the After Party, then went home with a woman for her children. Thanks to all who helped make this a success!
