Dr. Ardena L. Flippin is a real-life ER doctor who graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School (Minneapolis, Minnesota). She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago (Billings Hospital), and received her MBA from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business (Executive program).  She is a member of the National Speakers Association and has delivered multiple keynote presentations.

Ardena consults to health marketing companies and delivers webinars on health-related issues.  She consults for the University of Minnesota and developed an “Innovations in Healthcare” campus-based course for Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Flippin, a retired emergency medicine physician, retains clinical privileges at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County (formerly Cook County Hospital). She is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine Rush College of Medicine. The majority of Dr. Flippin’s clinical medicine experience has been within public hospital systems. She retired as Corporate Compliance Officer Provident Hospital of Cook County.
